PR in the work force

The more I read about PR in the workforce, the more I understand our importance to creating an ethical program for your company and clients. In one of my other classes, we discuss the importance of what public relations bring to the intergrated marketing communication strategies that many companies opt to use over traditional advertising to build their brand and stregthen consumer relationships. I think that the role of PR is going to continue to become more vital to a company's success, as many employers now understand how essential PR professionals are to a company that is trying to be strategic and competitive.
